THE TODDLER CLOUD Ltd

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Toddler Cloud classes operate in termly blocks throughout the year in accordance with our published class schedules.

Details of all available classes, including venue, dates, times and pricing, are clearly displayed when booking through our secure online booking platform Classes4Kids.

By completing a booking through the Classes4Kids system you are confirming that:

• the information provided during booking is accurate

• you agree to these Terms & Conditions

• you accept responsibility for supervising the child attending the session

Once payment has been received you will receive a booking confirmation via email.

Class spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Towards the end of each term, existing customers may be given early access to rebook classes for the following term. This information may be sent via email or text message and will include a link to the customer login page where the new class schedule and booking information can be viewed.

While priority booking may be offered to existing customers, a space in a specific class cannot be guaranteed until the booking has been completed, as families may move between classes depending on their child’s age group or availability.

After the priority booking window has closed, any remaining spaces will be offered to families on the waiting list before being advertised publicly.

PARTICIPATION & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

By booking a class or event you confirm that both you and the child attending are able to safely participate in the activities offered.

It is the responsibility of the parent or carer to inform The Toddler Cloud of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional needs that may affect participation.

The Toddler Cloud cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage arising where relevant medical information has not been disclosed or where activities are undertaken that may reasonably be considered unsuitable for the child.

Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their child throughout the session and for ensuring instructions given by the class leader are followed.

HEALTH & ILLNESS POLICY

The health and wellbeing of all families attending Toddler Cloud sessions is extremely important to us.

Because our classes involve young children interacting in shared environments, we ask all families to follow sensible illness guidance to help minimise the spread of infection.

You must not attend a class or event if you or your child are unwell.

You must not bring your child to a class in the following circumstances:

• If they have had a fever or persistent cough within the previous 48 hours

• If they have had vomiting, upset stomach or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours

• If they have heavy nasal discharge or persistent coughing

• If they have discharging or infected eyes

• If they have symptoms of a communicable illness including but not limited to Covid-19, measles, chicken pox, German measles, whooping cough, impetigo, scarlet fever, hand foot and mouth disease or norovirus

• If they have any condition that may be contagious to other children or adults attending the session

Children should only return to class once they are fully recovered and no longer contagious.

If a child becomes unwell during a session, the parent or carer may be asked to leave the class in order to protect other families attending.

We understand that missing a session can be disappointing, however refunds cannot be provided for classes missed due to illness.

MISSED CLASSES

We are unable to provide refunds or carry forward sessions that you are unable to attend.

At the discretion of the Toddler Cloud class leader, and depending on availability, it may be possible to attend another class during the same week to make up a missed session. This cannot be guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.

If a class is cancelled by The Toddler Cloud, we will provide information regarding alternative arrangements which may include:

• rescheduling the session

• attending another class

• issuing a credit or refund where appropriate
